【ご来店前のお願い】
安心して施術を受けていただくために、
ご来店前にいくつかご確認をお願いいたします。

【① 眉周りの自己処理について】
ご来店の2週間ほど前から、
眉周りの自己処理（毛抜き・カミソリなど）はお控えください。
本来の毛流れや状態を見ながら施術を行うため、
伸ばした状態でのご来店をおすすめしております。

【② お肌の状態について】
赤み・かゆみ・炎症・日焼け直後など、
お肌が敏感な状態の場合は施術をお控えいただくことがあります。
気になる場合は事前にご相談ください。

【③ スキンケア（重要）】
以下のようなスキンケアをご使用の場合、またニキビの治療薬中
施術前後のお肌に影響が出る可能性があります。
・レチノール配合化粧品
・ピーリング作用のあるスキンケア
（古い角質を除去・ターンオーバー促進 などと記載のあるもの）
これらはお肌の角質を薄くし、敏感な状態にするため、
施術の前後1週間ほどはご使用をお控えください。
※ご自身で気づかれていないケースも多いため、
ご不安な場合はお気軽にご相談ください。

・大切なご予定（挙式・イベントなど）がある方は、
余裕をもってのご予約をおすすめしております。

【施術をお控えいただく場合】
以下の状態が見られる場合、
安全を考慮し施術をお控えいただくことがございます。
・ニキビや傷などにより、出血や炎症がある場合
・ものもらいなど、目元の感染症がある場合
・体調がすぐれない場合（発熱・強い疲労感など）
お肌やお身体の状態を優先し、
無理のないタイミングでのご来店をおすすめしております。
ご不安な点がある場合は、事前にお気軽にご相談ください。
・フラットな体勢が難しい方（腰痛・妊娠中など）
・ピーリング直後、または同様の施術を受けている方
【お仕上がりについて】
・骨格・毛流れ・毛量により左右差が出る場合があります。
※完全な左右対称にはなりません
【返金について】
施術の特性上、いかなる場合でもご返金はいたしかねます

お一人おひとりの状態に合わせて、

■ About Eyebrow Waxing
Wax is applied around the eyebrows and removed to shape them based on your desired design. Trimming and detailed adjustments are included.

■ Before Your Appointment
Please avoid tweezing or shaving for 2 weeks before your visit (this may affect results).
■ Important Notes
By booking, you agree to the following:
Redness or swelling may occur. In rare cases, skin thinning or peeling may happen (usually recovers within 3 days to 2–3 weeks).
Allergic reactions may occur depending on skin condition.
Swelling may affect the result.
Perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed.

Eyelid glue or surgery may affect results.
Please inform us during the final check if needed (adjustments within time only).
No touch-ups after the appointment.
■ Refund Policy
No refunds under any circumstances.
■ Service Refusal
We may refuse service for safety reasons:
Severe sunburn, recent peeling, acne medication use, fever (37.3°C+), skin issues, infections, or difficulty lying flat.
